Subject to ongoing compliance with this Agreement, Scetchap Info grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited personal or commercial license to access and run our interior modeling software.

License Types and Conditions:

• Individual Creator License: Intended for private homeowners, independent designers, and hobbyists developing residential interior concepts.
• Professional Studio License: Grants multi-seat access for architecture studios, furnishing retailers, and construction teams preparing client presentations.
• Educational License: Available to verified students and faculty for non-commercial academic research and interior design coursework.

To unlock real-time cloud rendering, photorealistic ray-tracing previews, and custom furniture catalog saving, you must register a secure account with valid credentials.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and 2-factor authentication keys.
• Unauthorized Activity: You must promptly notify our technical security team through our Contact Page upon discovering any unauthorized entry into your modeling repository.

The Scetchap Info application, core software engine, geometry computation algorithms, user interface layouts, documentation, icons, shader presets, and pre-packaged 3D assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Scetchap Info and its licensors.

Our proprietary trademarks, trade dress, visual branding, and system algorithms are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Nothing within these Terms transfers ownership of underlying software assets to you.

You retain full ownership rights over the custom architectural designs, room layouts, wall configurations, and interior decoration plans that you create using Scetchap Info tools.

Rights You Grant to Us:

When you store or share interior models through our cloud infrastructure, you grant Scetchap Info a worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, render, cache, process, and display your project files as strictly necessary to deliver the modeling service.

Paid service plans, cloud GPU rendering credits, and multi-user studio seats are billed according to rates displayed on our Pricing Page.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscription memberships renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel future renewal charges at any moment via your account dashboard without penalty.
• Price Modifications: We reserve the right to revise subscription fees with advance written notice to active subscribers.

You agree to employ Scetchap Info solely for lawful architectural planning and design visualization purposes. Under this Agreement, you must not:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or extract underlying source codes from our 3D graphics rendering suite.
• Deploy automated scrapers, data-mining spiders, or bots to harvest model catalogs, material textures, or user project files.
• Use cloud computing rendering power to perform cryptocurrency operations or execute non-design mathematical workloads.
• Upload models or textures containing unlawful, infringing, or malicious content designed to disrupt server infrastructure.

Scetchap Info is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While our 3D interior suite offers precise room measurement tools and visual simulations, 3D digital renderings do not substitute for official certified architectural engineering, structural calculations, or building code compliance inspections.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scetchap Info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost project data, rendering delays, or construction discrepancies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Scetchap Info services without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in activities that jeopardize platform security for other interior creators.

Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately, and you should export local copies of your proprietary 3D room files before account closure.

These Terms shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 3D home design software shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to formal arbitration proceedings.
